Adding a Namespace

Good morning, I was wondering how I can add a namespace to BrXM14 or better asked what should be the URI of the namespace? I figured out that the URI should look like “http://www.something.de/mynamespace/nt/1.0” otherwise its invalid. Is there any explaination for that?

It is part of the JCR spec. We use jackrabbit implementation of JCR, see:
