# Configuration Verifier detected no changes (v13.4)

Tried to use the CV on an exsiting project, as described here:

After creating the config file and running the CV via “mvn -P cargo.run,verify-configuration” it ended up with a simple log message “The Configuration Verifier detected no changes.” and no other output was generated.

Can anyone explain what this means and how this tool can help me for a planned upgrade to v14?
