# How to restrict users to select only published documents from channel pages in hippo cms

Hello,

We are allowing users to select both unpublished and published documents from pages.

how to restrict users to select only published documents from channel pages in hippo cms.

Hi Ganesh,

I couldn’t find a good option for that.  
I vaguely think that it would be nice if the link picker configuration [1] is improved to support an option to include published documents only. Then, the `@JcrPath` annotation may specify another link picker, for example…
