# Issue during migration of Hippo w.r.t. TargetingProfile

While upgrading to 11.0.2, when trying to run the application, targeting is breaking because the logs show an error several times -\> [VisitorServiceImpl.getVisitorData:322] Failed to retrieve visitor data : java.util.concurrent.ExecutionException: java.lang.IllegalStateException: Failed to create store

hippo-addon-targeting-engine-4.0.3.jar is the source of this VisitorServiceImpl

Found the reason: needed to change the InMemoryStore under targeting:datastores to one of the datastores provided that is db specific
