# Mobile Devices Do Not Display Mobile Layout

Mobile devices are not rendering the mobile display of channel in brXM 13.1.1. Fresh default build with no content changes has the same issue. Testing using Chrome developer tools with even a 200px wide screen does not trigger the phone version of the channel to be rendered. Any advice would be appreciated.
