# Problem accessing /site

Hello all,

I have a version 12 project that I’m upgrading to Version 14. I have upgraded one major version at a time (12 → 13 → 14).

Now I am able to open /cms /assentials but not /site, every time that I hit /site in my browser I got this message in the tomcat console.

`ERROR http-nio-8080-exec-2 [HstFilter.doFilter:47] The HST Container Services are not initialized yet.`

I only have that error message at runtime, I do not have any other errors when I build the app. I’m using java 11 and tomcat 9.

Does anyone have an idea about what the cause is and how I can fix it?

Hi,

Please try again with Java 8. Java 11 is not supported.
