If you mean to add existing one to your v13 project, that would be a big no.

not exactly. I said you can’t use our own AI integration ( BrXM AI Content Assistant developer guide - Bloomreach Experience Manager (PaaS/Self-Hosted) - The Fast and Flexible Headless CMS )

but you are free to implement your own plugins / integrations.
