Create and manage users and roles through api

I want to create and manage users(Including roles/groups) through api in bloomreach, do we have any such api’s available to fullfill requirements.?

You can for mission control. For the cms product itself there is no ootb functionality to allow that. You could build a something yourself to do that, no essential reason why you can’t .
