Custom sso feature with external jar

Hi Team,

Need to implement SSO feature as an dependency to support multiple project with each project has its own configurations with different environments.

So I want the right option to load security configurations in XML(securitycontext.xml) and properties (sso/config/dev.properties). securitycontext was common for all projects.

Suggest the rightway to load securitycontext and java files with dependency jar in CMS.
