Inactive session with SSO login cause UI issue

Hi,

After enabling SSO with 14.6 version UI was collapsed when User inactive for some time (less than 2 mins probably).

To fix this issue disabled pinger.interval time and adjusted max.inactive.interval.minutes in console. But still getting same experience

Hi,
I assume the SSO is a custom solution so it’s hard to say something about this. Apparently it is redirecting the right-side iframes to /cms. We don’t have an out-of-the-box SSO so you’ll have to investigate it from your side…
