Workspace Experience Manager doesn´t work in Production enviorement

Hello everybody,

I have a problem with my application in the PRODUCTION environment. When I access the CMS-EXPERIENCE, the containers to apply the components do not appear and I get a message “the page metadata could not be loaded” when I try to create a page. I have compared the nodes in the PRE and DEV console (which do work) and it does not

Hi Alfonso,
I suspect an internal REST call not working, can you check your browser’s dev tools, Network tab?
And maybe back-end logs too.
