403 on myproject.cnd file import

Hi all,

I have two project, one is running on GKE and another we setup freshly on AWS. Every import/export is working fine on GKE( .cnd, documentTypes and Document), when we deployed my newly app on AWS I tried to import my GKE app .cnd data to AWS through import, I am getting always 403, no cms logs detected.

Apart from this .cnd import is there any other way to import this file on AWS bloomreach? This all activities I am doing through bloomreach ui with admin access.

Hi Manish

Actually, CND import is not a recommended way to import CNDs (especially in a clustered environment). The way to import CNDs (and document template related changes) is through deployments / bootstrapping.

I am not sure what help you actually need. Bootstrap process is initiated through re-deployment and you will need to enable bootstrapping flag:
