Importing images into CMS deployed on bloomreach cloud

Hi ,

We are migrating a site from WordPress to Bloomreach site. The site has around 8GB (which is archived in a folder structure )of images, videos, documents. When trying through the Admin > Updater Editor > Example_Import_Image_Files job, I dont see any response on the “Log”

Is this a good practice or do we need to add a DAM or how to work on this, Can some please help on this

Thanks
Sriram

Hi Sriram,
The Example_Import_Image_Files script is from Content Export Import plugin on Github [1], correct? It’s an example script that may not apply to your situation, for instance if you have different image types, or if the query on the script is not returning a node. See [2] on scripts in general.

Also I would like to note that it’s not recommended to store videos in our repository. A DAM would be a better solution for that indeed. Images are usually fine for standard usage.
