New postman set up query

Hello,
I am setting up my postman collection to use the bloomreach API’s.
I am referring to the following documentation:

Here it says
" To create a new API Group, in your project, navigate to Project settings > Access management > API . Then, click on API Groups > + New group . Here, choose either the public or private group type and name your group."

I am not able to see the Project Settings in postman, is this to be done on postman or bloomreach itself?
