You are running into a bug where duplicate entries can end up in the
search index. I am working currently on that one, see [1], I have a
fix and am wrapping up the work.
Out of curiosity: do you know how you got in this state? Do you happen
to have importers which create new documents? That seemed to be the
trigger in a clustered setup.

Do we have fixed version available for this issue? I see ‘CMS-14290’ is closed and fixed version updated on the ticket but no update on the ‘release notes’[1].
