Unable to load configuration

Hi team,

I am getting 500 Unable to load configuration after login for /cms but /cms/console is working fine. When I inspect I found below error:

Hi,
The navigationitems call is fetching the left side menu (a.k.a. NavApp).
It’s a 500 so there should be errors in the backend logs.
