Unable to load configuration

Hi team,

I am getting 500 Unable to load configuration after login for /cms but /cms/console is working fine. When I inspect I found below error:

Hi,
The navigationitems call is fetching the left side menu (a.k.a. NavApp).
It’s a 500 so there should be errors in the backend logs.

I am having a similar issue while upgrading to Bloomreach 16.0

Hi @alfred.samanga ,

We have deployed our cms service on Google Kubernetes and found the nodepool version and cms version mismatched, when we choosen correct nodepool version, it started working.

Thank you so much for the response. For me, it’s failing in localhost, so maybe there is something else I am missing.
I will continue investigating.
