WicketRuntimeException in CMS v15

Hello World,

We are getting WicketRuntimeException while we are upgrading a CMS from V14.7.11 to v15.0.0. We are getting this exception when we are trying to access CMS login page(http://localhost:8081/cms).

Hope you are followed v15 upgrade steps documentation
Also please make sure that you are using Wicket v9 in brxm V15
