In our current setup (we use v14.5.1) wildcard sitemap items (e.g. default) do not show up in the experience manager. I have been searching around to find a way to make them show, but without any luck. So now I’m wondering whether this is actually possible at all. I did find an issue closed on july 2nd 2021, which seems to describe exactly what I’m looking for: https://issues.onehippo.com/browse/CMS-12722.
Is there anyone who can help me with this?

it is resolved and will not be implemented, the idea is to make use of experience pages.
I am also not sure how it could be implemented (performance and usability wise)

thanks for your response. Bummer it is not going to be implemented. As far as I can see, experience pages are not going to work for us. We want to configure a wildcard page once in the experience manager with drag-and-drop components and reuse this configuration for many pages. With experience pages it looks like we will get many urls that need to be maintained separately.
