Following the documentation I get the error “the desired archetype does not exist” when running:
mvn org.apache.maven.plugins:maven-archetype-plugin:2.4:generate -DarchetypeRepository=Repository - Sonatype Nexus Repository -DarchetypeGroupId=org.onehippo.cms7 -DarchetypeArtifactId=hippo-project-archetype -DarchetypeVersion=16.1.0
You need to have an enterprise license for that archetype, I think. Though I would’ve thought it was released generally already.
Thanks Jasper - I have an enterprise licence, I’ve just tried it in linux and it works fine so must be something blocking my windows install
Maybe it isn’t finding your maven settings? If it’s a company laptop, maybe they block outside repositories?
