Give an editor rights to (fix) connect translation folders

Hi,

I want to give editors the rights to connect translation folders if a reference has been broken. So they have the “Translations” option in de folder menu. I’ve tried many things but can’t figure out which domains/workflows would provide this right.

Fixed. Instead of adding hippo:editor to the hippo:workflows/folder-translations I needed to replace hippo:admin.
