Header/Footer Container non-editable and Disable publish/discard buttons on the channel for specific users

Hello All,

We have a requirement for an hybrid webmaster role where user should be able to perform all the webmaster activities at channel and content level apart from below mentioned use cases.

  1. Restrict the user from editing header/footer containers(disable edit menu button).
  2. Disable publish/discard/manage changes buttons on the channel.

PS: User should be able to edit/copy/create pages in a channel and should be able to edit the properties of the page as well.

Could you please let us know if we can achieve this?
