Hippo Channels and site Error

Why this is happening when i click on channels? what are the solution? because i didn’t find the solution.

This perspective could not be loaded. This is caused by the CMS not being able to connect to the site, either because the site is down or due to a misconfiguration. Please contact your system administrator. when i hit this link
http://localhost:8080/site it is also given HTTP Status 404

Hi,
have you checked this page [1] ?

Yeah I have already checked this page.

In case you get a 404 from your site application, then something went wrong while configuring your delivery tier virtual host [1]. Could you check your configuration again and report any logs/configuration if you still have problems ?

You can also have a look at [2] to understand how the mount matching works.

It could also be that you started a project from scratch, and did not add any Essentials features yet. By default the system then starts with a site that shows a blank page saying “Welcome to BloomReach” and returns status code 404 (as explained at https://documentation.bloomreach.com/trails/getting-started/running-a-project.html).

But in that case the Channel Manager should work fine and show you the only “My Project” channel.

Which version of brXM are you using?

Version 12.6
