Unable to upload a pdf file in the CMS

Hi,

I am trying to upload an 18 MB PDF file to the CMS, but I’m encountering the error mentioned below.

Please note that I have already increased the file size limit in the console. I was able to upload files earlier, but I’m now facing this issue.

Hello, do you see any errors in the CMS log?

in addition also check tomcat and nginx/apache log if you have one..they may have upload limits set

Are you running on our PaaS product or are you on premise? If on our PaaS then there is an upload limit of 15mb enforced by our web server (so not a cms limit). In that case contact support. If on premise please answer the above questions.

Hi Jas,

Our project is running on a PaaS environment, which means that even if I increase the file size limit in the brXM console, file uploads larger than 15MB will still not work.

Right, essentially you cannot upload files larger than 15mb. If this is a requirement for you please contact support. I cannot promise the limit will be raised, but that is where you start.
