Add Custom Javascript for Content Blocks - Configure Collapsible's

Hi,
My goal is to show the collapsible content blocks in the cms editor in the “collapsed” state as default.
Does a property exist, with which I can configure this?

If not, how can I add custom JavaScript to the cms editor?
