HTML files are not loading, Create new Resources folder under CMS

Hi Guys,

we have installed ExternalDocumentFieldSelectorPlugin in our project.
after that we have created custom plugin and .html file with the same name, come how it’s not identifying and not loading

Created new Resources folder under CMS module but no use.

kindly help us to resolve this issue.
