Cannot access Hippo after environment synchronization

Hi,

We are having issues accessing our environment after having finished doing environment synchronisation. When we log into the CMS the browser returns a message saying that the page is not redirecting properly and we cannot access the cms or console. We followed the steps on this page (https://documentation.bloomreach.com/library/administration/maintenance/synchronize-environments.html)

Any ideas?

which versions are you using and are your proxy settings same for both environments?

We are using version 12.6.1-1. There is no proxy being used. When both instances of the environment are up (its a clustered environment with 2 servers) we have this issue. When once of the instances is shutdown, it works fine.

if there is no proxy, check how load balancer is setup, see:
