Hi,
We are having issues accessing our environment after having finished doing environment synchronisation. When we log into the CMS the browser returns a message saying that the page is not redirecting properly and we cannot access the cms or console. We followed the steps on this page (https://documentation.bloomreach.com/library/administration/maintenance/synchronize-environments.html )
Any ideas?

which versions are you using and are your proxy settings same for both environments?
We are using version 12.6.1-1. There is no proxy being used. When both instances of the environment are up (its a clustered environment with 2 servers) we have this issue. When once of the instances is shutdown, it works fine.

Thank you for your response. The link you provided gave us the answer we were looking for and we have fixed the issue.
