Is there a way to update the page title of the /cms endpoint? I know there is a way to customize the login page’s via CSS but i cant find any documentation around if this is possible once you login to the CMS itself, currently it displays “Bloomreach Experience 13”

I think you need to add following file:
cms/src/main/resources/org/hippoecm/frontend/plugins/cms/root/RootPlugin.properties
to your cms package. Current content is:
page.title=BloomReach Experience 13
