You can delete the order-before directives from the yaml files
so I remove it but now in the top menu the order is not ok

this the configuration for home sitemenus, similar for news

Hello @andorian ,

generally speaking, as long as your items appear in the desired order, this is a harmless warning.

The best way to fix this is to modify the yaml files manually, adjust the order-before property according to the desired order, and resolve the multiple references.
