Unable to see channels in Experience Manager

Hi everyone,

We have several websites (channels) on our cms (version 14.7.19). We used to be able to see all those channels in the Experience Manager (/cms/experience-manager) to create/edit those editorial pages. And not sure what happened, we can’t see any of those channels now. When we go to the Experience Manager (/cms/experience-manager), no channel is displayed. We tried to restore from the backup even a few weeks ago, we are still not seeing any channels. What can be the problem? I suspect some internal configuration is corrupted.

The websites seems to be operating fine.

From MissionControl, we keep getting warnings similar to the following almost every minute or so,

13.06.2024 20:51:35 [catalina-exec-21] WARN [org.hippoecm.hst.container.HstDelegateeFilterBean.doFilter():343] ‘Request{ method=‘GET’, scheme=‘https’, host=‘xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx’, requestURI=’/cms/‘, queryString=‘1-1.IBehaviorListener.0-root-pinger&iframe&_=1718304315505’}’ can not be matched to a host. Skip HST Filter and request processing.

[note: host is replaced with xxx]

Could the warnings be related to not be able to see the channels? As far as I know, the configuration is done properly.

Do you have that host configured in your hosts configuration? Do you have your cms properly defined under hst:platform?
