How do you delete a field group type?

I’m doing Lesson 2.8 and mistakenly added an FAQ as a field group type, but there’s no intuitive way to delete a field group type.

I made a new FAQ document, but when I tried creating a document, the ‘Reference SPA FAQ’ didn’t show up.

You can delete a Content Type using the Content Type Management API DELETE operation: Delete a content type

We have a full suite of Management APIs for interacting with the CMS configuration.

Adding to Adam’s answer, be sure you have clicked “Done” on the Content Type to save your changes. This may help with the content type showing up in the dropdown. If you continue to experience an issue with this, please share with me the training namespace you were provisioned and I can take a look.
