I am working through the Developer Foundations - Content SaaS training and when prompted to create a new content type when I hover over the ‘Reference SPA’ type I do not get the option to add a new document type nor field group. I only see ‘No actions available’.
Is this a permissions issue? I am using brx-content-training08.bloomreach.io
Please make sure you have an active Development project including Content type changes (Project state - In progress) in order to fetch and create content types.

Your development project that allows content type changes is not open. It is currently in review. Cancel the review of your project and try again.
